This foot massager may not work well if the arches of your feet are too high.

If you think the massager is too hard and painful for you, try to place a towel in between your feet and the massager. When you get used to the pressure, you can remove the towel for better experience.

The foot massager cannot adjust the massage speed and strength, no vibration. Rotate through the massage heads to achieve massage.
